The boys of summer may be winding down but for our Burke County Public Schools and Western Piedmont Community College, it’s a season opener. Hear what’s in store for 2014-2015 at our next Business for Breakfast, as the Chamber welcomes BCPS Superintendent Larry Putnam and WPCC’s new President, Dr. Michael Helmick, to the podium. With education always a top item on the business community’s agenda, a great crowd is expected in the Ervin Community Room at Grace Ridge Retirement Community

Grace Ridge is our sponsor for this year’s series of breakfast programs. Seating is limited, so be sure to RSVP. Call the Chamber at 437-3021 or e-mail djolly@burkechamber.org. The event is free for Chamber members and $15.00 per person for non-members, payable by cash or check at the door. A hot breakfast buffet, prepared by the culinary team at Grace Ridge, will open at 7:45 am. The program will begin shortly after 8 am, so plan to arrive early for good seat and to mix, mingle and network.
